The Berlingo itself has been converted into a mobility vehicle by GM Coachworks who have lowered the rear floor and provided a manual wheelchair ramp. There is a wheelchair securing system in place which consists iof electric front belts and rear manual belts (as well as a 3-point safety seatbelt for the wheelchair occupant).
