This is a 2016 (66 registration) Ford Tourneo Connect Titanium wheelchair accessible vehicle, powered by the economical and reliable 1.5 TDCi diesel engine and paired with an automatic Powershift gearbox. Importantly, the gearbox has been serviced, which is a key maintenance point on these vehicles and provides valuable peace of mind for the next owner.
As is often the case with specialist wheelchair accessible vehicles, the vehicle has had several owners throughout its life as mobility requirements have changed. However, it benefits from a full service history and has clearly been maintained to a high standard. This is also a vehicle we know particularly well, having supplied it previously before recently purchasing it back from our customer.
Having covered just 47,000 miles from new, this Tourneo averages approximately 4,700 miles per year, significantly below the UK average annual mileage. It is finished in attractive metallic gold, a colour that complements the Tourneo’s modern styling and helps it stand out from the more common silver and grey examples.
This particular wheelchair accessible vehicle has been professionally converted by Brotherwood Conversions, one of the UK’s leading and most respected mobility adaptation specialists. The conversion includes a lowered rear floor, creating excellent internal headroom and a comfortable travelling position for wheelchair users, together with a lightweight manual rear wheelchair ramp that provides easy and reliable access.
A standout feature of this vehicle is the innovative PAWRS wheelchair restraint system. This combines a powered winch and electric front wheelchair restraints into one convenient system, operated via a wireless remote control. This greatly reduces the effort required when loading and securing a wheelchair, making everyday use simpler and more convenient. Rear manual wheelchair restraints are also fitted, together with a full three-point occupant seatbelt to ensure the wheelchair user travels safely and securely.
The interior offers seating for four passengers in addition to a wheelchair user, making it an excellent choice for families, carers, or anyone requiring flexible and practical transport. There is also ample space to accommodate many wheelchairs and mobility scooters.
Being the desirable Titanium specification, this Tourneo Connect comes well equipped with a host of comfort and convenience features. These include electric front and rear windows, electrically adjustable mirrors, privacy glass, remote central locking, and two keys. Entertainment and connectivity are provided by a DAB/CD/radio system with Bluetooth functionality, allowing hands-free calling and wireless audio streaming. Alongside this we have a panoramic glass roof.
Driver comfort is enhanced by air conditioning with climate control, while front and rear parking sensors make manoeuvring and parking considerably easier. Safety is also well catered for, with driver, passenger and side airbags fitted as standard, along with power steering for relaxed everyday driving.
Overall, this is a low-mileage, exceptionally practical wheelchair accessible vehicle that combines a sought-after automatic gearbox, premium Titanium specification, proven Brotherwood conversion quality, and an innovative powered wheelchair restraint system, making it an excellent choice for both personal and family mobility needs.

How do I know which WAV conversion is suitable for me?
It depends on your wheelchair (its size, weight and whether it’s manual or powered), the user’s seated height, where the wheelchair will be positioned, how many other people travel with you, and whether the wheelchair user will travel as a passenger or drive from their chair. Common conversion types include rear-entry ramp conversions, side-entry conversions, and drive-from-wheelchair conversions. We can explain the differences and demonstrate individual vehicles so you can see how they work. Bring your wheelchair when you visit and we’ll check the fit with you.
What documents come with the vehicle?
We will provide the V5C logbook, the new MOT certificate, service history, service invoice, spare keys and a HPi report if you would like one. Plus the usual warranty information, vehicle handbook and user guidance.
Are you able to buy my WAV?
Yes, we are always interested in well looked after wheelchair accessible vehicles. Those with low mileage and full service history. Fill in our sell your WAV form with your vehicle’s details and we’ll reply within one working day.

Yes, we do, and delivery is free within 100 miles of our premises in Thornbury. We measure the distance by road using Google Maps. If you’re just outside the 100 miles, please still get in touch and we’ll see what we can do. If you’d prefer to view and collect the vehicle from us, we’ll take £250 off the price as a thank you.
