Since purchasing our Ford Freedom Mobility Vehicle, in July 2016, my wife. and I,  have been extremely pleased with the car and the detailed instructions, and demonstrations given to us by the staff. which means we are able to convey the 2 Mobility Scooters now required. Peter was extremely helpful in letting us try the wheelchair in several cars, there was no rushing and no pressure to buy.  We bought a car that day and when myself and husband went back to pick it up, Peter took time to show us the winch and straps etc.  Claire was also very efficient in sending any paperwork and details of when we could collect etc.  Nothing was too much trouble for either of them.  They have a big selection of vehicles in various age, size and price. This was a big purchase for us and they made it easy and pressure free, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them

Phone line is really slick. Email correspondence was prompt and PdF copies of all documents provided.
Peter and Claire were friendly, kind and helpful at each step. Peter took the time to explain and demonstrate adaptations in detail during our test drive.
