This wheelchair accessible vehicle is a (2017/67) Peugeot Partner Tepee with the 1.6 Blue HDi (diesel) engine and has an automatic gearbox (with steering wheel paddle shift). It is a popular WAV for the ‘first timers’ who are just exploring the world of wheelchair access vehicles. It has had two owners in total from new and was a former Motability Scheme vehicle. It has covered 39,000 miles (this is approx 4,300 miles per year) and has service history. It is finished in metallic silver.
The conversion work on this wheelchair accessible vehicle has been done by Allied Vehicles. They have lowered the rear floor, we have a manual tailgate, a manual wheelchair ramp (which can fold upright or fold flat) and wheelchair securing straps. There are front electric belts and rear manual belts. There are five seats in total (so can be used as a standard vehicle) but with a wheelchair in situ it will become three seats plus wheelchair as two of the rear seats will need to be folded over. Not forgetting that we also have a handy winch.

Other specifications to this wheelchair vehicle includes electric front windows and electric mirrors. We have a CD/Radio. There are driver, side and passenger airbags and power steering as standard. There are rear parking sensors. There is cruise control and also air conditioning (a useful tool whatever the weather). The vehicle itself has five doors including an up and over tailgate (providing some shelter in the rain). The tailgate window does open independently too. There are two keys and remote central locking. If all of this is not enough, we also have privacy glass too.

Do you deliver wheelchair accessible vehicles?
Yes. We can arrange delivery around 100 miles from our location and where appropriate we’ll give you a full demonstration of the vehicle and its wheelchair access equipment, including the ramp and securing system. Outside of this area the delivery cost and timing depend on the vehicle and your location, so call us on 0333 200 8593 or use our contact form for a quote.
Are your wheelchair accessible vehicles HPI checked?
Yes. Every vehicle we sell is HPI checked, which confirms whether it has outstanding finance, has been reported stolen or written off, or has any registration or mileage issues, and we’re happy to give you the report on request. We also review the available MOT and service history to help confirm the vehicle’s background and mileage.
How do I know which WAV conversion is suitable for me?
It depends on your wheelchair (its size, weight and whether it’s manual or powered), the user’s seated height, where the wheelchair will be positioned, how many other people travel with you, and whether the wheelchair user will travel as a passenger or drive from their chair. Common conversion types include rear-entry ramp conversions, side-entry conversions, and drive-from-wheelchair conversions. We can explain the differences and demonstrate individual vehicles so you can see how they work. Bring your wheelchair when you visit and we’ll check the fit with you.
What warranty do you provide?
All our wheelchair accessible vehicles come with our own in-house warranty of 6 months or 6,000 miles, whichever comes first. It covers major mechanical failure, and the full terms are provided with your vehicle and available on request. This warranty is in addition to your statutory consumer rights, which are not affected. It is free with every vehicle and any claim we deal with ourselves.
