Just an update for you all. During the next four or so weeks we are still available via telephone and email during our 'normal' working hours (9-4.30). We can arrange for viewings of our vehicles and will continue with our enhanced sanitisation procedures. If you wish to arrange an appointment to view any of our vehicles you can do so at your home or our premises at a convenient date and time for you, just let us know.
We know and understand that many of you are vulnerable and we hope that you all stay safe and well and warm!
Our premises have now re-opened and we would politely ask that if you would like to view any wheelchair vehicles you get in touch and book an appointment with us - this is due to reduced staff numbers and the potential to change our opening hours at a moments notice.
We realise that this has and will continue to be a difficult time for most and we recognise that most of our customers are vulnerable. We have implemented procedures to ensure the safe viewing of our wheelchair vehicles whether at your home address, place of work or similar or even at our premises.
We have PPE available for our customers alongside hand sanitiser and handwashing facilities. We have always taken pride in our vehicles and our valeting and sanitising system, but realise that we must do more and so vehicles are sanitised before and after demonstrations, viewings and deliveries and we hope that we can do all we can to keep everyone safe.
Our delivery and home demonstration has always been free of charge and will remain so into the foreseeable future. We have also made changes to our delivery process for the safety of all.
We know that changes will need to made throughout this ongoing pandemic and our policies and procedure will be updated as necessary or as required by the government. If you have any questions about the delivery and viewing of wheelchair vehicles, please get in touch.
