Our first time buying a WAV. Excellent service from initial enquiry to delivery. Website is clearly built and easy yo navigate. Phone line is really slick. Email correspondence was prompt and PdF copies of all documents provided.
Peter and Claire were friendly, kind and helpful at each step. Peter took the time to explain and demonstrate adaptations in detail during our test drive. Claire dealt with our invoice most efficiently. On delivery Peter once again took the time to explain everything clearly. A great independent dealership. Recommended with no reservations. Thanks.

I cannot recommend Mobility Disabled highly enough. We contacted them with no idea whatsoever about the vehicles and were quickly reassured by their professional service. Peter and Claire took their time to make sure we were confident, both with driving and securing the wheelchair. If you are unsure about where to start, just as we were, give them a call. We are delighted with our WAV and it has transformed Mum's life. We can now get to medical appointments and just as importantly, take her out for a drive, easily and in comfort.

They are very pleasant, courteous and helpful.
Circumstances meant we had to buy a WAV quickly and they helped in aiding this process without sales pressure.
The vehicle was delivered in immaculate condition and on time.
A full service history was provided and the transaction went smoothly as the paperwork was efficiently prepared.
We appreciated the vehicle being delivered to our home, and the service that we received, could not have been better.

Excellent service from Peter and Clare. Peter bought the car to my home address in Bournemouth! He was well informed, calm and non pushy, allowing plenty of time for me to consider the car and how I need it to suit my needs. At no time did I feel pressure to buy it. The process of purchasing and part exchange of my existing WAV was made easy and Peter even helped me sort the necessary tax documents etc.

Can’t speak highly enough of Kington Garage.

Apart from the vehicle which is perfect for my Mum & Dad, the welcome we got along with the service was faultless and typical of family run businesses.
